8:33 p.m. Was feeling a bit down. Nothing major. Just slightly bummed out for no particular reason. I'm here head-banging to R.E.M. so I feel better now..  I'm soon going to get on the treadmill for an half hour.

I'm contemplating whether or not I should go get some jelly beans.  Its later and my son just woke up screaming for me.  I'm thinking its a post surgery thing and shouldn't happen again to at least 1 AM.
