I'm waiting for the call telling me my truck is fixed.  The brakes went out earlier this week while I was driving it.  I took it to the shop today and found out that one of my break pads has just plain disintegrated, which caused ... something... to extend and that ended up getting sheered off while I was driving. 

The whole things is going to cost me just under $700.  So my truck will be fixed again, but I will be broke.

I hope the lawyer told the turtles they have no grounds for a claim of abuse over the recent bathing debacle.

Yes, you can, Trevor. Just think how good for the environment is that you are not taking a bath. The water not used. Less water pollution.

I should have added by not taking a bath, there'd be less pollution of the atmosphere, as there'd be no need to purchase bug spray, and just think of all the money you'd save by not needing to buy bug spray.

I have the same issue with Sony Entertainment and The Hellions (1961): the first South African Western. They own the thing so why not release it?

It's 4 AM, and I am celebrating the beginning of my summer vacation by taking Thursday night as my "Stay downstairs all night with grandma" night instead of Friday.  Now maybe I won't be a zombie at my Saturday book signing! LOL

The old one sleeps right now.  She did get up at 2 AM, eat some cereal, and then go back to bed an hour later.
We've replaced the bell she used to ring  to summon help with a squeezable rubber pig that emits a loud, ducklike farting sound.
It's a lot less jangling on the nerves than that bell was!
