If it helps, as I remember from once living there, in Kentucky it's illegal to insult Secretariat, it is legal to deck an outsider for making a brother/sister wedding joke, and Louisville Cardinals merchandise may not be sold east of Frankfort past sundown lest the vendor... disappear.
