So bad, you can't even consider it a movie. Nick Millard should be ashamed of himself for making this atrocity.

You should take a peek at Millard's earlier film with Priscilla Alden CRIMINALLY INSANE (1975). You should NOT peek at the sequel CRAZY FAT ETHEL: CRIMINALLY INSANE II made the same year as DEATH NURSE and also starring Alden.

FUN FACT: Alden, who passed away a couple of years ago, was a respected and beloved comic actress (and part-time opera singer) in the San Francisco area.

I think CRIMINALLY INSANE (1975) was really done good for a horror film... although part 2 was a sad joke... :)
