I think It was Skin-e-Max Porn but my brother recorded something off the movie channels some years ago and the specific scene was two people having sex/making love in a room while a woman with short hair watches it outside. As soon as they finish, the women outside the room notices they're done and she quickly runs/walks away.

Hm.....Well, it had to be in the last ten years at least.  I don't recall much about the woman in the room but the one outside didn't seem as foreign looking as those do and also, the one outside was young, maybe in her 20's or 30's.
