"Extreme Crisis" and "The Blacksheep Affair."  Both relatively recent.  Both have similar plots, about a Japanese (of course) terrorist being held captive and his cult members trying to get him back by taking people hostage and so forth.  Man, they really have action down to a science.  To the unitiated some of the stuff may seem a little ridiculous, like not only does he jump on this speeding truck but he drives in right into this car then gets out and saves someone from in front of the car, also ridicolous feats of strength and timing via kung fu.  But seriously, suspension of disbelief is like a holy tribute so go for it.  of course the subtitles are a pain, maybe DVD's are better I don't know.   Both available through Tai Seng.

I haven't seen Extreme Crisis but enjoyed Blacksheep Affair. That movie gets pretty wild in a couple of spots.
