Does anybody remember this? People say there never was one, but I swear I remember it being called "Mystery Science Theater 2000" in the early days. I also remember thinking 'Oh they've changed the name' when it became 3000. I've seen other posts where people claim this too. Please weigh in.  Buggedout

I can't remember it ever being called 2000.  I lived in Minneapolis, which is where the show originated from, so I saw it from the early days, and I always remember it being 3000.

Of course what I remember and what actually happened...well, who knows  TeddyR

I seem to recall it being refered to by that name in a magazine article I'd read about it long before I actually ever watched the show, but I don't know if the show ever went by that name or if it was just a making that the editors didn't catch.
