What is this movie called?

It is a sci fi type movie.  B-movie material for sure. It stars Paul LeMat- i think- as a guy who gets married and they have a daughter. The wife grew up in a small mid-western town that was visited by aliens. They would put the people in little blue bubbles and take over the bodies. His wife turns out to be an alien. Then the aliens want to go home and they come and get his wife and daughter. Of course he has to go back to the town and find them. But for the life of me I cannot remember the film nor can i find anything that even remotely resembles the movie.
