It happens usually though, it reserved for trolls and people who are being jerks.

First, instead of Trevor Hash Marks, might I suggest Trevor Skid Marks. It fits better with the underpants thing.
second, I seldom if ever boo a person unless like others have stated , the person happens to be a spammer or acting like a complete jerk in their post. Even if they are acting like a jerk, I often just take the ignore their ranting approch than giving them a boo.

Actually, where I grew up Hash Marks and Skid Marks were used interchangeably.  Although, now you make me wonder if one of them was meant to be specific for people who eat a lot of hash.
