The movie is Leonard Part 6: a movie so bad that not even Bill Cosby has a nice word for it.  Unless you think of @?!&$ as a good word.

I don't know, I seem to remember the scene where a thousand or so frogs gather under a car and them "hop" it several times into a river to be mildly funny.

Course, I was like ten or so at the time, so maybe my view of humor wasn't as sophisticated back then....

I thought "Ghost Dad" was a bad movie.

This is on imdb's bottom 100 lowest rated films.
