House AKA Hausu (1977)

So I saw a trailer for this online and it honestly looks like a lot of fun.  It's a haunted house horror/comedy from Japan.  The trailer is probably the most entertaining I have seen in a while.  I mean just watch this (Semi-NSFW):

Anyway, has anyone seen this before, and is it worth the $30 for the Blu-ray?

Yes, it's good.  Very good.  Perfect, in its own way.  Whether it's worth $30 is up to you.  You could always rent it first, I guess.
