Student Killing Classmates

This movie was made in the 70's and it's about a high school student killing his classmates.
We discussed it before on this forum but the search function yielded no results when I looked for it.
I specifically remember a Youtube clip that was posted here and it was a scene involving the student using a van to kill someone.

I remember this one!  I got to see it at a drive-in when I was around 16 or-so. Another revenge movie, and after what the punks did to this guy, he had good reason.
