I have brought this film a few times before and I need to bring it up again.  From the studio who brought you just about all Satoshi Kon's films and his anime, Paranoia Agent, comes this feature film, by the guy who did the Digimon movie and The Girl Who Lept through Time.  Enjoy the review:
