Looking for 80's or 90's Evil Robot B-movie

Hello,

I remembered an old movie starring a robot/android who's gone nuts on some nuclear plant , The robot kinda looked like cain from robocop 2 only this robot was cursing alot of times agains america .. In the movie you see a futuristic army chasing the robot , the reason is because the robot has launch code's for a nuclear missile and threatens to launch it .. the cgi looked like the same they used in robocop 2 (kain looking) it's a hard to find .. if anyone has a close tip many thxs .. from the netherlands :)

Hmm. Something about that seems familiar to me. Do you remember if this was a b-movie with a decent budget, or a super low-budget b? That might help.

Possibly one of the many Charles Band robot movies? Robot Wars or Crash and Burn.

well the movement the face just the cgi from that time kain looking but then with a red light thingy on his head evil looking .. the movie freaked me out when i was a kid i remembered the robot also had a quote at the final scene of the movie '' f**k america i wanna f**k it '' talking to a military general .. i looked at imdb ''Charles Band'' didn't find it yet or it's another writer ... thxs for the helping hand/minds i really appreciatd the reply's

Your description of the robot doesn't quite fit, but the plot you describe reminds me of "Project Shadowchaser II"

thxs for reply .. ''Project Shadowchaser II'' is not he one , the robot looked kinda simple but just a model like cain from robocop 2 , there also a scene of the robot standing behind a u.s.a flag.. started cursing and he finally rips his own head off

This is kind of a stretch... It's been a while since I've seen it but in the Film Hardware there is killer bot that has the american flag painted on its face. Perhaps this is what you are thinking about
