Looking for the title of a movie in the same vein as Deathrace 2000

Hello, first time poster here, just registered.

I have for very long time wondered what title was this movie.  It's a movie about some mad couple (?) living in a mansion / castle (?) and they seem to like to eat human brain for some reason.  They have a modified car with a blade on the side and a basked on the same side but lower than the blade and close to the back.  Basically they hunt for people with their car and then they activate the blade/basket duo and they chop pedestrian's head off like that while they ramp up speed.  Then they have the head and they go back to their mansion for the feast.  I remember that at some point in the movie, they had some visitors and they served brain to them if I'm not mistaken!  I was pretty young when I saw this movie.  I would say it's from around 1977 - 1978, or around that period.  It's got the same sadistic humour as Deathrace 2000 but with a darker twist.

The movie you're remembering is Horror Hospital (http://www.deep-focus.com/dfweblog/2009/10/horror_hospital.html). The Rolls Royce that decapitates people and catches their heads in nets is a real laugh.

LOL thank you guys very much!  It's a little older than I tought.  I saw this movie on a regular TV channel back in the days but I couldn't get it out of my head, thanks!
