Project UFO episode or not?

Back in the early 80's I saw a TV episode of what I think was Project UFO, but I have recently had reason to doubt this.

The episode involved a family or young couple seeing a massive UFO that was piloted by horse-headed beings.  Investigations were launched into the evidence that included power lines being damaged, but nothing came of it as usual.  But at the end of the episode, a workman on the power lines found an oval metal necklace.  Engraved on the necklace was the head of a horse.  But as he climbs down, it drops from his pocket, thereby losing the only real piece of evidence that a UFO had been there.

Does anyone know this episode, and is it from Project UFO?  If not, which series is it from?  This same series had a number of other fun episodes, including a huge shadowy UFO that emitted strange ticking noises.

Project UFO did have an episode with horse-headed aliens wearing medallions.  It was the 25th ep: The Whitman Tower Incident Aired July 12, 1979.

There was also a short-lived TV series called The Lost Saucer that ran for a season in the mid-'70's.  It had a character called a "Dorse" that was a horse-headed half dog half horse.

Thank you, Newt.  I guess it has to be a Project UFO episode.  I saw this many years ago on Australian TV, and only came across Project UFO when it was screened on Australian Foxtel pay tv in the 90's.  I thought that it might not be Project UFO as the episodes I saw on Foxtel didn't match the 'feel' that I remembered from my childhood.  But now I see that it was right at the end of the second season, which might explain the difference in feel.

Thank you for helping me solve a childhood mystery!  I loved that show as a kid.
