Asian Slime/Mud Monster flick

I saw this in a mixtape and was wondering what it came from. One scene I got was in an operating room were female doctors were working on a naked girl with her legs spread apart. Then this dark green puddle of goo appears on the ceiling and drops abit of its sludge right inbetween the girls legs. The puddle then takes a humanoid shape and turns into the slime monster and drops down from the ceiling and immediatly starts tearing up the place. Then after attacking the patient and nurses and finishing one off by stomping her head down he crashes through the operating room doors. Then the last scene they showed the creature just finished regenerating its head when several guys with pistols shoot at it and hits what I guess its is heart and it collapses onto the ground, turns to slime and slimes away.

I thought at first this was the H-Man but I looked through the movie twice and found nothing, so does anyone know what awesome movie this was?
