I have to concur with others. You are still young and you have your health. That's the sort of thing you hear and discredit but only later realize how important it is.

Speaking from personal experience, the absolute worst thing you can do is retreat from life and spend all your time by yourself. You go weird that way. It's a sort of crawling up inside yourself, where all the things you don't like about yourself become magnified. I did that, and it ended up being a difficult chore to drag myself out of it. Seriously, it took a concentrated effort to get rid of it; I don't think I'm free of it to this day.

Engage the world, that's your best bet for sanity. Find a community (badmovies is a great place to start) and plug in. I'm not religious, but if the church is what you need, take part.

Your life may change, but it isn't over. You're still alive, get out there and make the most of it. The rules may have changed, but explore.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.

I appreciate the responses everyone.

I AM trying to stay busy, it's just hard when money is very tight.  Need to find me a new, cheap hobby, I think.

Anyway, thanks again.

Walking. It's good for you, it gets you out of the house, and it's free.

I agree with a lot of the advice given by others here as well. I agree that getting out there and getting involved in your community can be a good thing. Volunteering might even be good if it's possible. Obviously doing stuff to keep out of trouble is for the best but yeah, it's still good to get out there and be a part of things.

Good idea.  Volunteering can also be a good way to keep your resume current when you can't find work.
