It depends. I withdraw about $200 (150€) whenever I go to an ATM and work it down to $20 (15€) before I withdraw more.

I rarely carry cash anymore since I started using a debit card.

I have about $1.25 in loose change in my jacket pocket, which is more than I usually have on me.  :teddyr:

Amazingly, I almost never have any money in my wallet.  Not even $1.00.  My paycheck gets direct-deposited so there is rarely a need for me to go to the bank.  I use American Express for about 90% of my purchases and I do most of my shopping online.  So, I really don't need cash most of the time.  At this moment, I don't even have a penny on me.

Anywhere from $5 to $50 I suppose.  I don't really carry much cash.  My wife does all the shopping, and I buy stuff online, or else at the convenience store where I use their credit card because I get a discount.  That's just the "Could you pick up some milk on your way home?" type stuff.  On those rare occasions when I actually go to the store alone, either I've got a few bucks or I put it on the American Express.

Make that .25 in loose change. Just used $1.00 of it to get a Snickers bar out of the vending machine. I'm such a spendthrift.

Then I get the big wad of coupons out of my pocket and lay them all over the counter and start going through them one by one   :bouncegiggle:

That sounds familiar....I get paid every Monday and, since it's a day off,I distribute it to all the more deserving people. Like the electric company, the water company, the place we're buying a van, etc. I try to always keep about $20 for emergencies....and it had better be a cheap emergency.
Yes,I'm fine....as long as I don't look too closely.

Usually about 10 dollars or so. Rest of my money is on debit.
