"Reaching In" Scenes

There have been quite a few scenes in movies where someone has to "reach in".  Meaning they have to stick their hand in some nasty place or thing.

Damn, can't find one from Spirited Away, where Sen reaches in the River Spirit (who apparently stinks worse than Trevor's undies) to get this plug of some sort unplugged and releases all of this gunk around the bathhouse.

I'm not going to post it because I can't stand to watch it, it's so nasty. I would say a strong candidate for the "worst ever" of the kind of scene you're talking about is the "worst toilet in Scotland" scene from Trainspotting.

The "bug tunnel & death trap" scene from Indiana Jones & The Temple of Doom comes to mind. I remember the audience was in hysterics, SCREAMING, when I watched this at the theater. Good times

Not a movies I know but the is a sketch in The League Of Gentlemen ( not sure if it aired in the U.S ) where the vet is assisting a cow to give birth. It's pretty nasty, but very funny.
