Interesting article about Trevor's love of film and some of his many encounters with crazy people. :teddyr: Sounds like that Bloemfontein trip must have been a joy all around.

All of the messed-up English in this thread reminds me of a running joke among some of my friends, many years ago. One of the guys was not the greatest speller, and we wouldn't have faulted him for that, except that he was also a bit of a blowhard. So, when we had to write things down that would only be read by us, we would pretend to write them as this guy (exaggerated slightly). Sorting out what we wanted on a pizza, the list might read:

Grean Pepars
Pepurony
Mushrumes
Hot Pepurs
Oluvs
Unyins
...etc.

It became something of a game to come up with the most bizarre spelling for a word that would be clearly pronounced the same way.
