Hmm, No, I guess I'm lucky. I mean since I cut off cable and reattached my old TV roof antenna, like the old days, it's  been great. But, due to the ever increasing stormtrooper mentality of our movie, media  studios, one can't  'record'  anything off of digital onto a  disc or video anymore unless they can track down a  tuner friendly 'recorder' virtually unavailable in stores. :bluesad:

We have Antenna TV and I've never noticed that happening around here....sorry you have to put up with it. I'm with you on today's tv shows. Very little gets my interest.
Yes,I'm fine....as long as I don't look too closely.

I've started collecting the "good" shows on DVD for times when nothing else is on tv.

In my area, Antenna TV plays on a digital sub-channel, so it plays all day, 24-7, without a break from classic TV.

MyNetworkTV was Fox's replacement for UPN.  It hasn't been very successful.  In your area, the station probably took on an extra network to fill up time.  Be happy they didn't go with infomercials, like PAX.

So can i just uphook the cable from my tv and i can still get all those sub channels/My mom has cable so thats how its been.I hate cable as i only have about 10-12 channels in my favorites and those are only antenna tv,metv, pbs, create, thistv, and few others.I hate new shows.

If a local channel has picked them up, yes.  I must warn you though, reception can be a problem.  You'll probably have to move the antenna/TV around to find the best spot.  Oh, and you can't hope that all channels will work equally well in one spot.

I dont have an Antenna.

Get one, I urge all people to bring cable to an end. Cable/Dish is the biggest  scam since  the Pet Rock.

The infomerical  guy I like is the old 'Ronco' guy who sold everything from spray to hide the bald spot to ovens. I think  that guy could sell ice  to Eskimos? :teddyr:

There's also MeTV, which plays nothing but classic tv. Thriller, Original Star Trek, Perry Mason, Batman, Mission Impossible, the Rifleman, just SCADS of good stuff.

Check here to find it in your area....

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.
