The guts in the oven, fingers in the sink thing sounds a lot like Ed Gein's thing so maybe check out the movies from the "In Popular Culture" part of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ed_Gein

Also I don't really remember the movie all that well but possibly check out a movie I believe was called... "Skinned Deep"
