JAPANESE ANDROID / VAMPIRE MOVIE

     Sunday morning, about 5 am. I wake up, go do the natural, go back to bed, can't get back to sleep. I get back up, rummage around in the fridge for some cold chicken, make some iced mocha, and carry it into the living room, turning on the tube.

    Channel 33.3 (THIS) is showing the last half hour of this REALLY strange flick....
it's got someone in a silver jumpsuit, w/ silver motorcycle helmet, moonwalking whilst fighting these guys in black ninja robes(who are doing cartwheels) in a burning house-the silver dude(?) is referred to as an "android", while the the ninja folks are called "vampires".

    There's the obligatory cop who's there to avenge the death of his wife by the vampires; however, he discovers that his wife summoned and controlled the bloodsuckers in the first place.

    Can anyone tell me WHAT I was watching?
