Ok. I watched a movie sometime in 2004, I don't know when it was made. I don't know its name. I don't remember much about the move, but what i do remember, Is there were some kind of mole people, some sort of clan that eats human flesh. the main character was a half breed of this clann and regular person. somewhere along the story, the main character starts getting really sick because he finds out that he to needs human flesh to survive. His girlfriend gives him an aborted fetus in fermaldehyde, and he eats it. gets better then they have sex. That was pretty weird but anyway. towards the end of the movie, the mole people start digging there way up through the floor of a light house, and the main character has to go under ground in order to do something involving a queen, or something. Anyway This may not be any help to anyone, i just figured the part where he ate the baby would be memerable, and someone would know what  i was talking about. so if anyone does, let me know. i kind of want to watch it again to se if it was as bad as it seems in my mind.

Bleeders!  I have reviewed this one; it's just as bad as you remember:

Andrew beat me to it.  Bleeders.

Both Andrew and akiraturbo beat me to it, but it is "Bleeders," as I recognized the film, from having seen it on TV, as soon as the original poster said: "some kind of mole people, some sort of clan."

Holeee ... Rutger Hauer is in this movie???  I have this, but I just haven't got past the first ten minutes, despite repeated attempts.  It sounds utterly ghastly!

No confirmation from Original Poster, but Andrew and several other posters agree it is BLEEDERS. (I do, too.)
