A man go back home with a friend(?) and this friend discovers a microphone

Well i've been looking for that movie all day long , what i can remember is : A man go back home with a friend, this friend discovers a microphone hidden due to the électromagnetic waves, and then they go to table and start the dinner with the main character's wife and suddenly the friend kills the wife.. Then it appears that the wife was a spy or something.. Thank you very much for your help !
