In the Seventies, a great director took a story about the terror that lies waiting in the ocean and the many lives it takes and puts at risk, until a small group of specialists take it task....

That movie was Jaws.

This review is not about that movie:  that movie was good.

I remember going to the theater to see Orca....and leaving wishing I'd never gone.
Yes,I'm fine....as long as I don't look too closely.

Tracy, you are not alone.  Believe me.

Fortunately or unfortunately, I saw it when it came to TV, so it was free. Still, watching it on TV has to be one of the least enjoyable experiences I have ever had.

I would feel even sorrier for anyone who saw this in a theater; they'd of HAD to know what they were getting into, wouldn't they??  And PAYING for it on top of that!!   :buggedout:

I saw it at the drive-in with my family. Being only in elementary school, it seemed pretty cool. Watching it again as an adult a few years back, I found it dumb, hamfisted and ridiculously farfetched. In other words, I liked it even more.
