Perhaps late 80s/early 90s cartoon short with a mouth's POV at the dentist

I remember seeing an animated short on cable, I think late at night.  Some poor guy goes to a psycho dentist and you see all the action from the mouth's point of view.  The dentist at one point puts little dynamite charges in the guy's mouth!  Eventually the guy bites off the dentist's finger and you see the bleeding appendage in the guy's teeth!  Yucky!
Anyone remember this?
