I just hope they anchor this thing correctly: that area is prone to heavy subsidence.  

Also, the idea of turning the Centurion Lake into a swimming pool: Yuck. That place is a sewer.

Also, when there is heavy rain in the area, the hotel's parking garage is flooded out. This last happened in early 2011.
