80's Comedy/Horror movie of couple or family trapped in a Hell House

I vaguely remember a movie I saw as a kid about a couple or possibly a family that bump into a house.  The owner is some creepy old man.  They are trying to escape and i remember the couple riding some kid of cart or track that took them underneath the basement into this strange underground/ backyard place where the creepy man admits to keeping them trapped and they aren't ever going to escape.  I wanna say the backyard is like a junk yard?!  Any help with this??? I tried to remember the best i could...

Yes I think it´s nothing but trouble 
I remember the part when the nose of the old man (Dan Aykroyd) turns into a dick during dinnertime at the table. The most funny part of the movie :D
