This is my awesome signature.  Jealous?

Feast took place in a brutally short amount of time. I don't know for sure about the second one, I'd have to watch it again, and I havn't seen the third one.

Splinter is another one. I really like that movie, the concept for the monster is awesome and the effects work is great.
Kleel's rule is harsh :-B

Run Lola Run

Not sure if it counts, as I'm a little hazy on solar cycles in space, but I think Alien was all one day.

Oh and Groundhog Day does not count.

LOL....you read my mind. I love The Breakfast Club.....great character study of the teenage mind.
Yes,I'm fine....as long as I don't look too closely.

And then there was real time.

It is a film concept where an event in a film takes the same amount of time in a film that it'd take, if it happened in real life. Over 100 films, shorts, TV programs, and video games have used this film concept.

Here are seven that I've seen. From the longest to the shortest time in minutes, and, of course, they all took place within one day.

Fantastic Voyage 100
12 Angry Men (1957) 96
Clue 94
Nick of Time 90
High Noon 85
The Rope 80
The Set-up 73

There just might be something to the concept, as of the seven films I've seen, there is not one that I disliked.

The Fake Macoy

Escape from New York and I'm pretty sure Escape from LA take place in a day.

Trevor

Mathieu Kassovitz's The Crimson Rivers takes place over 24 hours.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Would you class Cloverfield as one of these?

There was some cuts in Cloverfield where they travelled large distances due to time purposes.

Criswell

THE SADIST with badmovie favorite Arch Hall Jr. I believe the whole movie is in real time actually.

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

Looking at my signature how I didn't mention Dr. Strangelove is beyond me.
