I also liked when the bad chicks Poison and Roxy got punched, and they'd tilt backwards and you could see boobage through their tube tops.  

Seriously, though..
Can't get a video or pic of it, but the ending of THE CHALLENGE with Scott Glenn and Toshiro Mifune is pretty sweet.  The enemy samurai & Glenn get into a long swordfight in an office building.  The bad guy gets a brain full of steel. :)

A part of me wishes Riki-Oh vs. the Warden had one mroe two more movements but I guess with A) Riki-oh being so strong and actually doing something and B) that costume looked hard to control you could only film so much action. Certainly different in the comic book.

When it comes to Bruce Lee I find something a little lacking about Lee vs. Norris, yeah I know it is the battle of titans but I'm not a fan of 'bad guy does all the hits then the good guy does all the hits' fights. Now Lee vs. Karim Abdul Jabar is a real final fight where every once in a while Jabar still got a few dizzying hits in.

Eh, this one is a stretch but if one looks at Bond vs. Red Grant in From Russia With Love it's more of the 'big fight' rather than the emotional climax of the end. Great fight, love the blue hue.

Both the final fights of Once Upon a Time In China 1-2 are really good are I remember. The first has a lot of location and ladder play while I like the second since the final antagonist, or anti-villain rather, switches weapons.
