Tough call, but I'll go with TV's Frank.  Bobo and Brain Guy work better as a team.
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

Definitely Frank.  He was the perfect combination of submissive/contemptuous in his relationship with Dr. Forrester.
Brain Guy was ok but Bobo always kind of annoyed me.
Poor ol' Larry doesn't even get a vote option  :bluesad: (Not that anyone would've picked him....)
