Here are ten actors, obviously all from the old school, that I am always interested in looking at.  I know there are others, but I went for a right-outta-my-ass list of those that came to mind, all of whom I think are so great they rise above sometimes lousy material:
CLAUDE RAINS
ERROL FLYNN
CLARK GABLE
BARBARA STANWYCK
WILLIAM POWELL
EDWARD G. ROBINSON
JAMES CAGNEY
BETTE DAVIS
VIVIEN LEIGH
JOAN CRAWFORD
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Liam Neeson
Tom Atkins
Julianne Moore
Michelle Williams
John Cusack
Famke Janssen
Melissa George
Juno Temple
Ken Foree
Christoph Waltz

Shabana Azmi
Toshiro Mifune
Gong Li
Peter Sellers
Anna Magnani
Laurence Olivier
Lillian Gish
Ben Kingsley

Charly Chaplin
Vincent Price

Peter Lorre
Klaus Kinski
Jean Reno

Then it gets difficult:
Gary Oldman
Ewan Mcgregor
Steve Buscemi
Jeff Bridges
Mickey Rourke
......"Now toddle off and fly your flying machine."

Rev. Powell

Boris Karloff
Jackie Chan
Bruce Lee
Clint Eastwood
Linnea Quigley (because I know nudity is coming )
Barbara Steele
Mamie van Doren
Warren Oates
Orson Welles
John Cleese

Off the top of my head. I could probably come up with ten more who are equally charismatic but this is a decent start.

I could make a good list out of only actors who already appear on others' lists:

Vincent Price
Peter Lorre
Klaus Kinski
Steve Buscemi
Toshiro Mifune
Peter Sellers
John Cusak
Christoph Walz
Bette Davis
Edward G. Robinson

I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Interesting lists, which I almost entirely can relate to.  Some actors come across like old friends, or old acquaintances you admire but may not like, or... family.

I'm going to try for 10 more, meaning I'm going to stop and watch if I can and hate it if I can't:
FREDRIC MARCH
KIM NOVAK
STEVE McQUEEN
WALTER MATTHAU
MARCELLO MASTROIANNI
JOHN WAYNE
VICTOR MATURE
FINLAY CURRIE
CLAIRE TREVOR
ALAN MOWBRAY

That was easy!
