Trying to remember a movie from the 80's possibly early 90'a

It's been awhile but all I remember is a young blonde girl riding a motorcycle with a guy. I think they are being chased at night. They get into an accident. After that, someone sees her sitting with her friends at school, maybe? It's a guy and he asks her why she isn't hurt or on crutches and she tells him "It didn't hurt" leading me to believe she wasn't alive, or a robot or something  I think it may have been a suspense or thriller.

I saw Return of the Living Dead 3, but the girl in that one was a redhead I think, and in the movie I'm looking for, the girl is blonde and acts more robotic than zombie like...if that makes sense!

Maybe it's possible you're mixing movies together, and the one you're thinking of is Deadly Friend (no motorcycle accident, she was killed by her stepdad).  She's blonde in that one and decidedly non-human in her reactions and movements.

Just so it doesn't get lost in the mix, I will say that this exactly matches part of "The Stepford Children" (1987).   Blonde girl, motorcycle accident, she seems completely completely normal later on, and the teenagers are being replaced with robots.
