I probably would include it, but according to one of the imbd reviews Part 5 is a compilation of 'highlights' from parts 1-4... so I don't think that counts. - or maybe I will, just cause by doing that they're blatantly milking it which was kind of my original point about 'Part 5s'

I hadn't seen it myself nor really read about it.. didn't know it was ripping off parts from its own series.  But yeah, numerous film sequels rip off "flashback" sequences from previous films (like Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2 and Boogeyman II).  I'll leave it to your discretion.
