My wife and I started this movie on vhs about 7 years ago but weren't able to finish it. This must have been near the beginning. This dude is going through a girls tent (barracks maybe) and somebody walks in and he puts the panties in his mouth and turns around, shortly thereafter he swallows them. Troma movie maybe?
