the plot is that there id a usual virus but they have antidote but it starts to run out the film starts in hispital with little boy been brought in

Possibly, The Returned, or the movie it's based on, They Came Back.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.
