I'm not a big Steven Soderbergh fan but this film, starring Terence Stamp as a revengeful (but urbane) Cockney gangster who comes to the USA to find out what happened to his daughter is pretty good. Peter Fonda as the scuzzy album producer is very good and I almost didn't recognize Barry (Petrocelli) Newman as the producer's gunman.

Not bad at all (if you can ignore the crazy editing, camerawork and sound)

We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

The Burgomaster

I bought this DVD many years ago after a co-worker highly recommended it.  I thought it was decent, but not great.  I watched the DVD only one time, so maybe I need to dig it out and watch it again.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

As you can tell from my avatar, I liked this one a lot, although it gets very slow at some points. In the IMDB they attack Terence Stamp saying his accent is the wrong one for the role, but I thought he was perfect. Perks of watching dubbed films, I guess. It's the only one I've found in 38 years.
Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Your avatar is the reason I wanted to see it.

I don't know if I like having that kind of power, Trevor. I'll meditate about it in my underground lair, while I pet my white Angora cat.
