Akame ga Kill on Toonami

One of the more memorable anime from last year was Akame ga Kill, a relatively dark take on the ever-popular shounen fantasy series model. A while back, it was announced that it would be featured on Cartoon Network's Toonami programming block starting in August. This has me interested, as it strongly implies that it will have an English dub (license holder Sentai has been doing a lot of sub-only releases lately). So I've been speculating on who may be cast. Chances are most (if not all) of my guesses will be wrong, but it's a fun thing to do anyway. Those followed with an exclamation point are ones I can't imagine being performed by anyone else.
