Congratulations! My wife and I lived in apartments for about the first 8 years of our marriage. We are in our 2nd home now (and hopefully this will be the last one because I hate moving). Much more enjoyable than apartment-living. Have fun!

I usta have a place with Tara Sue-which is 4 houses down from wear we live now-Tiana picked this house out.

Congrats!  Best of luck with the new digs!

I had a house back in the 00s but I wasn't able to keep it.  Just as well, it would've gotten flooded out a few years later.

Some day I would like to get another place of my own.  Maybe after school.  If there's no female companion unit in my life and  accompanying child units (if any) by then I might someday want to get a condo or townhome.

Also if you're in a HOA if there are any rules that need to be followed - such as decorations, landscaping, etc...
