When I see a movie from the 70s that I like (usually low-budget sci fi), it really takes me back and makes me miss those days. If that happens to you too, what movie does it for you? For me (and there several), the main one is The Alien Factor (1978).

Oh, sweet monkey farts! The Alien Factor! Great Don Dohler film. It even made the cover of Famous Monsters of Filmland.

Most of what I watch is from the 70s, so this would be a hard thread to narrow down one title, but one movie that pretty much SCREAMS the 70s is The Omega Man with Charlton Heston. The look, the clothes, the environment, the ideals expounded upon, all right out of the 70s. You can't go wrong with Chuck Heston playing a futuristic Jesus figure.
I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago.

Great topic-for me-a movie that evokes the sleaze and cheese of the 70's-it would have to be DONT LOOK IN THE BASEMENT (1973)

I dig Don Dohler movies-I have NIGHT BEAST (1982)-fantastic.
Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

80's badassery. Schwartzennegger is a good example. -I know that's not a movie title but it really could be the title for any of his films from that era and I'd still watch them.

Great topic. There are so many. That was a wild decade.  But here's a few that take me back.

You can't get more 70's without a prescription....

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.

We loved our car chases, and we loved our cops tough and brutal.  Screw the scumbag's rights!

+1 for Enter The Dragon, my number one 70's film.

I'm also very fond of the Roger Moore James Bond movies of that era, especially Man With The Golden Gun (1974) and Live and Let Die (1973).

And to tie in with that era, the look and smell of those old vinyl album covers.  Glorious!

Man with the golden gun was the first Bond I saw, my step dad had it on video (taped off the telly). Think I had the whole film including ad breaks memorised by the age of 10, lol

Wasn't born till the end of the 70s but I still get nostalgic watching 70s movies, not sure how that works

TRIP WITH THE TEACHER (1974) is one. It encapsulates the cheesy innocence of the 70s b-movie era while still being quite a nasty and sadistic film!

Eyes of Laura Mars: glamorous fashion chic insight from 1978, a gritty New York setting and a Disco soundtrack that makes you wanna boogie.

Foxes: Released in early 1980 but filmed in 1979, I always thought this coming of age tale captured the teen spirit of the 70s quite well.
