Check the IMDb.  They list whether or not a film is on VHS or DVD.  For example, "Quatermass Xperiment" is out on tape, but not DVD.  (Source: http://us.imdb.com/Title?0049646).

Also, you can Amazon.com and bn.com, as well as others.

Check out sinistercinema.com; They sel plenty of old b-movies like that, and they recently started doing DVDs.

I don't think so mmv3000, but check out Sinister Video. All their stuff is now on DVD. They have some of the greatest titles I ever seen.
