OK I suppose in today's world admitting I saw this movie and don't hate and condemn it for being 'insensitive' will get me a one way trip to a real education and sensitivity camp but I remember it and liked it. I remember it as a pretty damn funny comedy and a real tribute to George Hamilton's acting ability.  Anyone else brace enough to admit they still like this movie regardless of how offensive it was?

My wife absolutely loves this one, although I found it moderately painful to watch.

I thought it was funny. I don't know why gay folks would not like it-I mean-he's the hero!

I found this movie amusing, but I agree with Siskel & Ebert (I remember their review) that "the gay brother" wasn't really necessary to sell this movie. The "privileged vigilante who learns to actually appreciate the plight of the oppressed" angle was more than sufficient.

I, somehow, have heard of this before. It was in the intro song for this review.
