The remake of Walking Tall had an alternate ending where The Rock and Johnny Knoxville are sitting on the porch steps and the Rock's Dad goes off to work at the re-opened mill: the two of them shoot the breeze about Johnny officially becoming a deputy - despite having a criminal record - and The Rock says his office will be in a cell. 



I'm not mad about remakes but I liked this one.

I've heard there was an alternate endings to KING KONG VS GODZILLA- one where Kong wins, one where Godzilla wins.
As it is- I can't even remember who wins last time I saw it. And I got this movie on dvd. 

This was a rumor mainly put about by FAMOUS MONSTERS magazine back in the day; as it is, Toho themselves have acknowledged that there was only one ending filmed. Kong and Godzilla fall into the sea, Godzilla is buried by an earthquake and Kong swims home.
