Probably not. Psychopaths have no conscience. To be honest it was likely more due to being history's first methhead. There's a documentary called "High Hitler and the Nazi supermen" that reveals the nazis developed what we now call meth, issued it to the civilllian and military widely, Hitler was taking daily injections of it to stay energized and how meth helped destroy Hitler and the Nazi military.
