Earlier I said a network was rerunning space:1999 and I couldn't believe how good it still was.

Now another network is running Buck Rogers reruns.  Good ghawd I can't believe how bad it was. Ugh, I'm gonna hafta read an. Alistair Reynolds novel to get rid of the mental aftertaste.

Better effects don't mean better shows....

Oh yeah, that show wasn't even very good when it was new, haha.  But we all tuned in anyway just to see Erin Gray as Col. Deering. Hubba hubba.

Yeah, my Dad (who normally HATED science fiction) would always watch "Buck Rogers" with us when we were kids. I always thought that was strange till years later, when I caught a re-run and found myself thinking "DAMN Erin Gray was hot... Ohhhhh, NOW I get it." :D
