Some B movie when I was a kid. Some kind of lizard/black lagoon creatures that would rip people's heads off then turn the bodies upside down to drink their blood.
Still traumatized after 50+ years.

Someone wondered about that on fb. I was thinking the monster of piedras Blanca. Could it be right?
