Weird Creature I Can't Quite Remember...

So I was reading some info about Total Recall (interesting trivia!), and my mind brought me the memory of a creature that was somehow similar to Kuato. This creature in question was similar to a baby, although a very ugly one, with sharp teeth. I perfectly remember it saying something like "I won't bite you... much!", with a childish voice, and then giggling. The character that meets him then proceeds to touch him because it could read minds or unblock memories, something like that. Maybe read the future? I don't know... 

Ring any bells? I'm pretty sure that it's not a very old movie.

Welp, after finally doing a lot of thinking, I started to realize that maybe it was a series, and not a movie. Following this, I tried to remember all the scifi series that I watched...

The character was called Cresus and showed up in the amazing FARSCAPE series. Here's a picture of him:
