Think of something you'd  like to see done on tv.

I'd like to see a series of Miniseries or tv movies set in the Dr. Who universe but not actually about the doctor directly. This could explore the whoniverse in different ways.

One way to start "From time and space" or maybe "Dr. Who: The TARDIS files" could be a 4 hour 2 part event called "The Dalek-Angel war. "

Basically humans living in a remote cluster of stars have been preyed on by weeping angels for some years when things go from bad to worse. The daleks invade and begin massacring the population.

The angels, of whom little he been revealed so far, assemble a convocation to discuss the crisis,  the daleks are exterminating their food source.

We could see a lot of how the  angels operated, what their society is like,  etc. Good way to get n some exposition.

The angels attack and the daleks are caught flat footed so to speak. They know nothing of the angels and must rapidly analyze their new  enemy and develop new tactics and weapons to deal with them. We could see how daleks deal with new problems gather data,  debate responses, etc. Daleks have been shown to be able to innovate and overcome new problems before,  this could show more of that and how their society works.

The humans are trying to survive,  noting their enemies are now fighting each other.

The EP could end with the dalek  force exterminated and the angels stranded on a planet with no prey,  which would tie into the EP of Dr. Who where a mass of angels were stranded and dying on a planet with no prey.
